First payment
If you are not happy with your plan, write to [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. No questions asked.
Renewals
You can cancel any time and you will not be charged again; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Renewal payments are not refunded for unused time, except when the service did not work for a large part of the period because of us: then we refund that part.
Custom work
Websites and custom systems follow the payment and refund terms written in their proposal.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through our payment reseller (Lemon Squeezy) or by the way you paid us. Banks usually show them within 5 to 10 working days.
