Who we are
ABDALLAT & CO ENTERPRISES ("we", "us") is an AI company based in Amman, Jordan, reachable at [email protected]. These terms apply to abdallatco.com and to the AI assistants ("AI employees") we build and run for businesses ("you").
The service
An AI assistant answers your customers from the information you give us or type yourself (menu, prices, hours, services). Your customers open it from your own link or from a chat button on your website. It can explain your offer and collect order, booking, appointment and job requests; when a request is complete the customer can send it to your WhatsApp number with one tap.
The free version has a daily message limit and shows our badge. Paid plans add more messages, setup by our team and the other features described on our home page. Websites and custom systems are quoted separately in a written proposal.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your information correct and up to date; the assistant answers only from it.
- Confirm every order, booking or appointment yourself. The assistant never confirms a request or takes a payment.
- Use the service lawfully. No illegal, harmful, misleading, hateful or adult use, and no use for medical, legal or financial decisions.
- Keep the private links to your owner page to yourself.
AI answers
Answers are generated by artificial intelligence. They are usually right, but they can be wrong or incomplete. The assistant tells people it is an AI. Tell us about a wrong answer and we correct the information.
Plans and payment
Prices are shown on our home page and in your quote. Plans renew every month or every year until you cancel. When you pay online, the order is processed by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and handles the payment, sales tax and receipts. In Jordan you may also pay us directly against an invoice.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt or by writing to [email protected]. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed. Refunds follow our refund policy.
Suspension
We may pause an assistant that is used against these terms or the law, or a plan that is not paid. We tell you first unless the use is harmful.
Liability
We provide the service with care, but "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions taken from an AI answer, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top changes, and important changes are e-mailed to paying customers before they apply.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
